Copthorne Veterinary Clinic describes itself as an independent practice and, based on the information available, offers routine care (vaccinations, health checks, microchipping, neutering) alongside emergency veterinary services and operates as a veterinary nurse training facility. Recent reviews focus heavily on end-of-life support: owners describe being talked through options before euthanasia and being given time and space to grieve, with small gestures from the team (for example, staff lighting a candle). Pricing feedback is mixed: one owner calls a £49 consultation “steep,” while another describes the clinic as “reasonably priced.”

The prices are ridiculous for someone who is on benefits you should do the benefit for people who are on benefits bring the prices down a bit and I probably could pay 49 pounds for a Confrontation is a bit steep

The best vets, my whole family have been going there for over 15 years with nothing to ever complain about. They currently have some of the nicest animal lovers working there, always friendly and happy to see you. You can also count on them to be compassionate, sensitive and caring in the most difficult of times. We now live nearly 30 miles away but still bring our little guys here.

Lovely friendly team who really make sure they give all patients the very best of care, Always a smile and warm welcome waiting from reception and consulting room. All my rescue dogs actually go to turn into the vets when justgoing past on walks so they must be doing something right!

Have used Copthorne vets for some years now and always have great service, sadly our beloved cat Harry had been poorly and little could be done for him, Gareth explaining all options to us was brilliant. Sadly, our beloved Harry, the most beautiful loving playful cat in the world, went to sleep for the last time at 15.00. we were given all the time in the world to grieve for our beloved Harry. The nurses and reception were also amazing, having lit a candle for him. we were made to feel so comforted by our ordeal. The service given by Copthorne vets is second to none. We would never go anywhere else with our other pets. Thank you so much.

I have had no experience with a pet based at this veterinary clinic however they offered valuable advice in a time of need. The vet I spoke with articulated everything I needed to know with ease and understanding to a sensitive subject. Very accommodating, polite and would 100% recommend.
