All the staff at the Malthouse Veterinary practice have been instrumental in helping our dog to recover after being savaged by another dog. We feared the worst but with the care and attention of the practice we have him back home, well and happy again. Can’t thank them enough.

The staff are all so lovely and welcoming. It’s like they are all 1 big family. We always get an appointment quickly and love the new pets app where you can order meds or ask questions. Very happy with the service.

I’ve been a client at Malthouse since I moved to the area in April! I honestly cannot fault the team at Malthouse, from receptionists, nurses to the vets - they are all excellent! You always have a warm welcome when you go into the practise, even if you’re going in to ask a question and not actually have an appointment. They respond promptly on the pets app also! I’ve had many conversations over the phone asking for advice regarding my pet, without an appointment, and have found the team so reassuring 🩷 When I’ve brought my pets in, they have been so lovely and gentle with them, addressed my concerns and I’ve left feeling satisfied and reassured! The only thing I wish Malthouse did was surgeries/procedures on small animals like rabbits - however completely understand the reasoning why they don’t as these animals are very complex and aren’t something that is done day to day! But in the future if this was even an option, I’d be first in line hehe.. I look forward to them being a continued part of my bunnies life, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Team Malthouse 🩷

Edward has been seen by these vets since he was a puppy he is now 3 and a half years old, and he has received regular checkups, all his worming and flea treatment, and yearly vaccine I have the yearly one-off payment that covers quite a few other items, so I have no concerns for Edwards Well-being.The Staff are kind,welcoming, and generous with their time. And this i extend to the Vets too who's advice and guidance is second to none. All in all I would say I'm a very happy customer and as for Edward well he goes with the flow 😀 thank you Malthouse Vets

excellant service, happy friendly staff who i've known for years. Always happy to chat about your pets and make a fuss. I Always know i can get an appointment same day if need be for anything. Have been the family vet for many years. would highly recommend

The team at Malthouse Vets always make one feel that you and your pets are the most important that they deal with. I have had some very sad visits to them and have always be given huge support and understanding from members of the team. They explain treatments and investigations thoroughly, giving options and advice as required. My dogs always feel relaxed going there as the practice exudes calm and love for animals. I highly recommend.
