Popped Freddie in for his routine vaccinations. Prompt appointment, proper pre-administration checks, friendly and welcoming team. Freddie seemed to enjoy himself. Ready for second round in 4 weeks.

We have always gone to the Malthouse Vets, we had our border collie Meg who lived 14 years, they saved her life when she was 8 noticing that she was suffering from deadly pyometra, when her time came they were so lovely to both her and showing compassion at a very upsetting time. Now we have a 7 year old cockapoo Jess who has been going to the malthouse from a puppy. She suffers terrible anxiety and vet visits have become a nightmare for us. They have worked with us trying a combination of meds to help relax her but because she has such a sensitive tummy they upset her stomach. She also has a noise phobia so even on a windy night I'm up all night with her, fireworks she gets into such a state it's heartbreaking. We have found if the girls take Jess off on her own with them she is calm and they are able to treat her. They have also worked with us to treat her for her noise phobia. I wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else. They take such amazing care of your pets and are just so kind and caring.

All the staff at the Malthouse Veterinary practice have been instrumental in helping our dog to recover after being savaged by another dog. We feared the worst but with the care and attention of the practice we have him back home, well and happy again. Can’t thank them enough.
