Staff are so kind , caring and compasionate. Just before Christmas our dog could not stand we were supposed to be taking him to a veterenary hospital in Chester but couldnt lift him as he was in pain. Abbey vets sent 2 nurses to give him stronger pain injection and help us get him in the car. They also followed his notes the hospital put online to see how Flye was doing. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done for our boy.

We took our boy in today after he had a seizure and we had wonderful care from Zoe - the dog and ourselves! Zoe was really great in talking through our options for the next steps, as well as reassuring us in how we were feeling. We also have super day to day care from the practice, but today made us feel extra grateful!

My wife and I have had five dogs so far, all registered at Abbey Vets, and not only have we always found everyone there so welcoming and friendly on each visit made to them, they have always treated our pets so expertly particularly our present dog, who has been having quite a few problems just lately, all of which are being handled in the most caring and professional manner.

Went for annual check up/vaccination for my cat Molly as part of healthy pet club and the vet Niamh was brilliant. Molly was really happy there. Had her vaccination, got checked over, and checked her microchip. Really lovely friendly vet :) (photo of molly keeping cool in tumble dryer)

As alway’s exceptional service from the team at Abbey vets. Just an annual vaccination for Willow this time but the lovely Sarah gave her a thorough check over. Thank you team Abbey! 🐾💜

We have only used Abbey Vets for the last year having had a couple of kittens starting their journey with us. The team have always been fabulous. The care, the love, the bonds that are made so quickly at each visit shows the passion that everyone has for the care of our kittens. Booking is easy, reminder emails the day before, everything just works. Thank you everyone. M&N, I&K

We attended a sound desensitisation information evening. Presented very well with lots of useful advice. I'm now ready to start some firework desensitisation with my dog. Thank you Jo and Vikki for your dedication to supporting owners help their dogs.
